ThunderHQ is an independent War Thunder resource operated under the Mondo Duke brand.
Accounts and personal saves
Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email address, and basic profile information to Supabase Authentication. ThunderHQ uses this information to authenticate you. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or other Google services. Your chosen public username appears beside comments. Keybind presets and saved vehicle lineups are private to your account. Sign-in sessions use browser storage. Radar Guide bindings may also be stored on your device.
Community content
Comments, replies, usernames, and posting times are public. Do not post private information. Reports are visible to the reporting account and assigned moderators. Moderators can hide comments, lock discussions, and review reports.
Feature requests and bug reports
Feedback is linked to your account and includes the title, details, and any page or device information you choose to provide. Only you and assigned moderators can read it. Moderators can update its status and leave a review note you can see. Feedback is retained for review and tracking. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Service providers and external content
Supabase processes account and database information; Google processes sign-in requests. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. YouTube and Patreon may process information under their own privacy policies. Patreon support is optional. ThunderHQ does not collect payment card information through these account features.
Retention and control
You can edit or delete your personal saves and your own comments. Deleting a comment removes its text while preserving a discussion placeholder and replies. Hidden content and reports may be retained for moderation. Provider backups and security logs may persist according to provider retention settings.
